Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga, blamed for 2012 Limpopo textbook crisis, excluded, along with Pallo Jordan, Max Sisulu BASIC Education Minister Angie Motshekga was one of the losers when the African National Congress (ANC) put together its national working committee (NWC) on Thursday.The ruling party elected 20 leaders to the committee, which also includes the "top six" ANC officials for a total of 26 members.The NWC is a subcommittee of the national executive committee.
