NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN JOINT EXTERNAL AUDITORS

As disclosed in the Bank's annual report which availability was published on SENS on 30 June 2023, Investec wishes to remind
noteholders that:
• Following conclusion of the shadow period, PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated (PwC Inc) is appointed as one of the joint
    external auditors effective from the financial year ending 31 March 2024. PwC Inc replaces KPMG Incorporated.
• Deloitte Incorporated (Deloitte Inc). is appointed in a shadow capacity for the financial year ending 31 March 2024.

In terms of the Banks Act No. 94 of 1990, Investec is required to appoint joint auditors. Accordingly, PwC Inc and Ernst & Young
Inc. shall be joint external auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2024, following which Ernst & Young Inc. will be
replaced by Deloitte Inc for the ensuing financial year.

The aforementioned changes were approved by the ordinary shareholder at the annual general meeting held on 3 August 2023.
