Eight years after African leaders got the ball rolling on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreement, all states except one have signed it in a rare show of consensus.
However, leaders are under no illusions about the need for infrastructure and reforms to make the most of the aspirations to build a connected behemoth of a trade region out of the African continent...
