Results of the Annual General Meeting Tradehold Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1970/009054/06) JSE Share code: TDH ISIN: ZAE000152658 JSE B Preference Share code: TDHBP ISIN: ZAE000253050 (“Tradehold” or the “Company”) RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Shareholders are hereby advised that, at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the Tradehold shareholders, held on Thursday, 5 August 2021, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
