UPDATE: DISPOSAL OF THE ATM HARDWARE AND SUPPORT BUSINESS OF ALTRON MANAGED SOLUTIONS (“TRANSACTION”)

Shareholders are referred to the update on the Transaction published on 24 April 2023 whereby the Company
and NCR Corporation (“NCR”) mutually agreed to extend the finalisation date for the fulfilment of the conditions
precedent to the Transaction, to 31 May 2023.

The parties hereby confirm that all regulatory approvals to the Transaction have been received, with the last
outstanding regulatory approval from the Namibian Competition Commission having been recently received.

The condition precedent to the Transaction, regarding the newly-formed South African company, wholly-owned
by NCR (“New Company”) obtaining a Value Added Tax registration with the South African Revenue Services
remains outstanding.

Accordingly, the Company and NCR have mutually agreed to extend the finalisation date for the fulfillment of
the outstanding conditions precedent by one month to 30 June 2023.

The company and NCR remain committed to closing the Transaction as soon as possible.
