In Communications Minister Faith Muthambi’s defence of Hlaudi Motsoeneng’s qualifications, she refers to an SABC report stating that he’d completed a "leadership development programme" at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. What? And no matric required? So now we know — just get one of those papers, and a lovely, cushy job with spectacular salary increases and — if you’re clever enough to lose R400m — a multimillion-rand bonus is all yours.
