When the Constitutional Court dismissed a challenge against a judgment that Jacob Zuma should return to prison to complete a prison sentence, many rejoiced he was being ordered back to prison.

The problem is neither such reading was correct. This seems to be an ongoing problem with judgments that relate to big public-interest matters. ..
