After two years of waiting, the motor industry believes it is finally about to get clarity on the government’s plans for the local manufacture and sale of electric vehicles (EV).
At a conference on Wednesday, several senior executives said they expect finance minister Enoch Godongwana to offer a blueprint in his medium-term budget policy statement (MTBPS) on November 1. ..
