The face-off between former board members of the Passenger Rail Authority of SA (Prasa) and Transport Department has been postponed until Friday. After a brief appearance, the parties agreed to postpone the hearing in the High Court in Pretoria to allow more time for papers to be filed. Former board chairperson Popo Molefe said on Thursday that this would allow legal teams to better prepare. "We are completely fine with it," he said. Prasa board members fired by Minister Dipuo Peters have gone to court to overturn the appointment of a new interim board on Monday.
