The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (Irba) has expressed concern about the slow pace of transformation in the auditing profession. There are 41 black-owned asset management companies in the country. Concern was raised on Tuesday, as Parliament’s finance and trade and industry committees held a public hearing on the transformation of the financial services sector.
