While President Jacob Zuma addressed a mass memorial rally for Fidel Castro in Havana on Wednesday, the ANC held a number of its own memorial services in honour of the long-time Cuban leader. At the City Hall in Johannesburg, African Union commission chairwoman Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma spoke on behalf of the ANC Women’s League, hailing Castro as a "revolutionary giant".
