The South African National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) will be back in Parliament on Tuesday after being rapped over the knuckles for failing to produce information about irregular expenditure of more than R1bn. Two weeks ago‚ the agency was sent packing by the standing committee on public accounts (Scopa) for a "presentation [that] was vague‚ with no specific information" about irregular‚ fruitless and wasteful expenditure.
