MARIUS Fransman’s disciplinary hearing has been postponed.The embattled chairperson of the ANC in the Western Cape confirmed the postponement on Monday.ANC spokesperson Zizi Kodwa said last week that Fransman’s disciplinary hearing was due to have begun on Sunday.The hearing centres on allegations of sexual harassment levelled at Fransman by his former personal assistant, Louisa Wynand.Fransman resigned as a member of the Western Cape legislature last week but has not resigned as a member of the ANC.He made an appearance as the keynote speaker at an event in Cape Town on Monday for the Griqua Royal House at the Castle of Good Hope.Kodwa said the ANC would decide on a new date for the hearing.TMG Digital
