As I recall, that song was banned when it was released in SA some 37 years ago. Of course, we do need education — its success will either be the cornerstone of our future or its failure, the crux of our demise.I was at university at the time, on a bursary. It was my second attempt at going to university after I was forced to leave another institution after just two years due to a lack of funds. I worked for a year, applied for a bursary and was lucky enough to qualify for an "all expenses paid" university education.
