SOUTH Africans hoping to visit New Zealand will soon have to find an extra R1‚650 — and the time to do paperwork — as the silver fern nation has run out of patience with South African travellers using fake IDs."All South African visitors to New Zealand will require visitor visas from November 21 this year.
