Tell me about the work you do. Innovo Networks is involved in communications, connectivity, and cloud and cyber security. All our solutions are individually designed to meet the specific business requirements of each client. Innovo Networks takes the confusion, hassle and doubt out of getting exactly the right communications technology. As MD, I have the responsibility of developing and executing the business plan and ensuring corporate governance, providing leadership to the team and ensuring a great customer experience. How did you end up doing what you do today? After starting my career in 1999, I completed an apprenticeship with the South African Navy in radio/radar. Since then I have worked with operators like Vodacom and MTN, and launched Neotel in South Africa. My career has developed from sales to becoming a senior manager at Neotel.
