Hi Hotels to offer low-cost rooms
Modular build is lighter than bricks and mortar, so it enables a building to be added onto existing infrastructure

Tsogo Hotels will be rolling out a new hotel format in December called Hi Hotels, catering to a lower-price segment of the market.
With each 120-room hotel estimated to cost about R75m, the room rate will be less than R1,000 a night. The hotels will be part of the Tsogo portfolio's other "select service" brands, such as Sun Square, Garden Court and StayEasy, which offer limited amenities and exclude features such as conference facilities or restaurants...
