There are many great reasons to visit the Western Cape’s Overberg, the region stretching roughly inland from Cape Agulhas to the N2. There are glorious fields of butter yellow canola in spring, southern right whales that frolic offshore in winter, gloriously empty beaches and quaint country towns filled with post-Covid semigrants.
