The latter, on Cape Town’s swanky Atlantic Seaboard, was long regarded as SA’s priciest residential address.However, Dock Road now claims the top spot in New World Wealth’s SA 2016 Wealth Report, which ranks the country’s most exclusive towns, suburbs and roads.The report notes that a luxury apartment on Dock Road will set buyers back an average R108,000/m². That translates to a hefty R21.6m for an abode of 200m² at the V&A Marina. Dock Road is followed by The Ridge Road and Cliff Road in Clifton at an average R90,000/m², while Nettleton Road is now SA’s fourth-most expensive street at R85,000/m².
