CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised of the following changes to the composition the Social and Ethics Committee of
the Company, with effect from 10 June 2025:

•   Mr HM Meyer will step down as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee; and
•   Mr K Mapasa has been appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.
