CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

In accordance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Frontier Transport, wishes to advise shareholders, that Ms
Sinqumile Nqobani Njongwe Mkhwanazi, resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company and as a member of the audit and risk committee, with effect
from 14 April 2025.

The Board would like to thank Ms Mkhwanazi for her valuable contribution and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
