LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXFINI SECURITIES

Satrix Fini has issued and listed an additional 200 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R18.57 per security. Following the listing of the 200 000
securities, there will be 77 936 990 Satrix Fini securities in issue.
