PUBLICATION OF THE AMENDED FIRSTRAND SUSTAINABLE FINANCE FRAMEWORK AND THE AMENDED
SECOND-PARTY OPINION

FRB advises noteholders that the FirstRand sustainable finance framework and the second-party opinion issued thereon
have been amended to correct a typing error in the eligibility criteria for the 'women in the economy' investment category,
replacing 'and' with 'or' after '>51% owned by a woman or women;'.

The amended FirstRand sustainable finance framework and second-party opinion issued thereon are available for
inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection and online at:
