RETRACTION ANNOUNCEMENT: NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Noteholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 5 and 6 June 2024 respectively
(the 'appointment announcements'), in relation to the appointment of Mr. Fran Kenny as a non-
executive director to the board of Toyota Financial Services. The Issuer hereby notifies noteholders
that Mr. Fran Kenny's appointment to the Toyota Financial Services' Board of Directors has been
rescinded due to the ongoing changes in the organisational structure in the Europe and Africa region
operations, and therefore retracts the appointment announcements made in this regard.
