The share options relate to 30,000 Naspers N ordinary share options, awarded on 28 March 2014 with a base cost of R1,046.88 per share and vested on 28 March 2017, 28 March 2018 and 28 March 2019. The additional 11,095 share options were received at nil base cost at the time of listing Prosus N.V. These share options are set to expire on 28 March 2024 in terms of the rules of that plan. Mark Sorour disposed of 23,689 of the shares and took delivery of the remaining 17,406 shares in his own name.
