Change in Directorate and Audit and Risk Committee membership

Further to the announcement of 21 June 2021, wherein it was noted that Luigi Giuricich and Solly Mahomed
retired at the annual general meeting held 02 August 2021, shareholders and noteholders are advised that
Ms Nosipho Carol Winifred Molope has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the
board of directors (Board) of Investec Property Fund with effect from 03 August 2021. Ms Molope will also
serve as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee. Mr Hourquebie will step down as Chair and member of the Audit and Risk Committee due to
other commitments, however remains on the Board as an independent non-executive director and will
remain available for a suitable handover period.

Nosipho holds a B.Sc (Med) from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as B Compt (Hon) from the
University of South Africa and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). She is a director on the boards, and serves
as Audit Committee Chair, on a number of listed and unlisted companies in South Africa, including Old
Mutual Limited, EOH Limited, Engen Limited, and MTN Group. Her board committee membership includes
Audit, Risk and Compliance, Actuarial, Social and Ethics, Nominations and Governance as well as
Remuneration.

The Board welcomes Nosipho to the Fund and looks forward to her contribution.
