REDEMPTION OF AMB251 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
In terms of paragraphs 22(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 10 March 2021 was
greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption and
termination.
Accordingly, the AMB251 note will be suspended from trading effective 12 May 2021 and redeem and automatically
terminate with effect from 19 May 2021.
