Limited, issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended for a manifest error as follows:
The “Early Redemption Amount” was erroneously excluded and has
been inserted as follows: “Applicable and as set out in Condition
7.7 (Early Redemption Amounts)” in the Applicable Pricing
Supplement. This amendment is effective 13 May 2021.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
