RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 10 March 2021 (and
using terms defined therein) relating to the Non-Binding Expression of Interest received from IA Bell in
respect of a possible transaction to acquire the entire issued ordinary share capital of Bell not already
held by (or to be acquired) by IA Bell.
Shareholders are advised that the process is still ongoing which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities, and accordingly shareholders should continue
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
