ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYG4IR SECURITIES
SYG4IR has issued and will list an additional 850 000 securities with effect from the
commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 58.59 per
security.
Following the listing of the 850 000 securities, there will be 40 215 287 SYG4IR
securities in issue.
