SUMMARISED CONSOLIDATED AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 30 JUNE 2020 AND DIVIDEND DECLARATION



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 18.1% to R422 million, from R515 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share decreased by 65.6% to 13.8 cents per share, from 40.1 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share decreased to a loss of 21.8 cents per share, from a profit of 40.0 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND

     In line with the Group’s dividend policy, the directors have resolved not to declare a final
     gross dividend (2019: 11.1 cents) per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2020.

     Trellidor continues to maintain its ability to meet its solvency and liquidity obligations and
     as a result the Board has resolved to pay the postponed interim dividend of 8 cents per
     share (2019: 9.1 cents), from income reserves, in respect of the six months ended 31
     December 2019.

     The dividend amount, net of South African dividend tax of 20%, is 6.4 cents (2018: 7.28
     cents) per share for those shareholders who are not exempt from dividend tax or are not
     entitled to a reduced rate in terms of the applicable double-tax agreement. The number
     of ordinary shares in issue at the declaration date is 100 203 596 and the income tax
     number of the Company is 941 937 8840.

     The salient dates of the dividend declaration are:

     Trading ex-dividend commences                             Wednesday, 14 October 2020
     Record date                                               Friday, 16 October 2020
     Date of payment                                           Monday, 19 October 2020

     Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between 14 October 2020
     and 16 October 2020, both days inclusive.
