In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended ('the Act'), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form of the following change in holding in the securities of the Company: Asgard Capital Assets Limited’s interest in the total issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased to 15.84% as a result of the reduction in the ordinary shares in issue following the General Repurchases. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
