Brand Council SA (BCSA) has announced that the fourth Brand Barometer – an industry-wide survey conducted by independent research company Columinate – will take place this year. The survey aims to assess the state of the branding industry in SA, garnering useful insights and highlighting issues that require further attention. To this end, it focuses on four primary areas: brand measurement and how brands measure return on investment; tertiary institutions, schools and academies that offer training and qualifications in the industry disciplines; the factors that play a role in determining pricing, consultants and benchmark pricing; and transformation in the industry, the Marketing & Communications Charter and issues around talent.
