Theresa May says she will form government with 'friends'

U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May said she will form a government to provide "certainty and lead Britain forward" as it enters "crucial Brexit talks." May’s Conservatives will need support from Northern Ireland’s Democratic Unionist Party in order to pass laws in the House of Commons after losing the right to govern Britain on their own in Thursday’s vote. May spoke outside her official residence in Downing Street. Here is the full text of her statement: "I have just been to see Her Majesty the Queen and I will now form a government.
