The most substantial sign of weakness was shown when Zuma's loyal ministers attempted to back up a move by Berning Ntlemeza at the Hawks, to pressure Pravin Gordhan.In what appeared to be a rushed move - Ntlemeza was not ready to arrest Gordhan - the finance minister was summoned to 'report' for a 'warning' to the Hawks headquarters.
