Alaris Holdings (formerly Poynting), the radio frequency technology specialist, hardly blips on the market’s radar these days, even though the mighty PSG Group is a 25% shareholder. Its performance in recent years has been inconsistent as it pursued scale and diversity — both operationally and geographically.
As things stand, Alaris comprises its core antenna business in Centurion, the quaintly named broadband antenna specialist Cojot in Finland and the recently acquired US microwave antenna business mWave in Maine...
