Justice Malala suggests that if "the poor start acting on the belief that the system is rigged, we are all toast" (At Home & Abroad, March 21). When minibus taxi drivers choose, every day of the year, to overtake in the emergency lane — or into oncoming traffic in the turning lane — it’s no different from "tenderpreneurs", parastatal managers and our politicians pulling a quick one on the rest of us.
