Our esteemed president, Jacob Zuma, has admitted that the decision to discontinue corruption charges against him in 2009 was irrational. He has therefore spent a vast amount of taxpayers’ money defending against the reinstatement of those charges without justification. Surely it follows that the state has the right and obligation to recover from Zuma the money that he deliberately wasted in this respect? Robert StoneLinden
