Like bees around a source of sweetness, litigants are swarming around three Eastern Cape properties known collectively as Honeyville Farm.
The farm, near Humansdorp, was registered to CPAD Farm Holdings after the Land & Agricultural Development Bank of SA gave CPAD a loan. When CPAD failed to repay that loan as agreed, the bank obtained a judgment in its favour and the properties were attached by the sheriff of the court...
