New Zealand has always been an incredible place for a holiday, but the fact that it’s absolutely miles from anywhere has put a bit of a kibosh on its status as a place to notch up a second home. Until now, that is, when all of a sudden it is that very remoteness that is becoming a major part of its attraction.
