Well, there you go again. The final page of Spar’s consolidated annual financial statements features the most fascinating details of what is overall an extremely fascinating document. Fascinating not in a good way, more an edge-of-your-seat sort of way.
Note 42 on page 78 refers to a number of “reportable irregularities” which doesn’t sound too worrying, unless you dive a little deeper. The details go to the heart of the problems that have plunged Spar into turmoil. ..
