When they were first introduced to the SA public, President Cyril Ramaphosa’s now famous "family meetings" were thought of as a temporary inconvenience, an unfunny televised joke that would soon go away.
But now that we are into our second year of Covid restrictions, these family meetings have become an important part of our lives. If you happen to miss one on TV you have to follow it on social media later. The reason we have to is that they have become like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates — you never know what you’re gonna get...
