Always on the lookout for exciting, off-the-beaten-track eateries, I was overjoyed to discover this gem not far from my house. I spotted the place, Kitchen Vibes in Morningside, Joburg, on a Saturday evening and vowed to visit it the next day. I was in luck: the restaurant serves a sumptuous buffet every Sunday from noon until 4pm.
At 1pm, when I got there, the place was kicking, as young people will say. There were families and groups of men as well as couples...
