Were you a sceptic, you’d be tempted to think SA’s most venal politicians are playing a crude form of Covid bingo in which the goal is to shaft as many vulnerable groups as possible.
And just about the only thing that seems to be standing in the way of this happening far more regularly is SA’s judiciary...
