I am an admitted numbers nerd. I love numbers. I love maths and everything that goes with it, so when I read the excellent book Manage Your Money Like a F*cking Grownup by Sam Beckbessinger, I especially loved her section on spending and saving ratios.
In simple terms it refers to how much you spend and save or invest expressed as a percentage of your income...
