Equites Property Fund is the only specialised industrial property fund on the JSE. The company has delivered an impressive total return of 88% (23% annualised) since listing in June 2014.He was also previously involved in an offshore property company, which focused on “big box” logistics assets in the UK. Equites’ stated strategy is to provide investors with exposure to high-quality logistics properties let to investment-grade tenants both in SA and the UK.
