Chef and food stylist Robyn Timson is putting the finishing touches to the take-home and catering menus of the Arbour Café — the restaurant she has just sold and which remains a favourite among brunch-loving health nuts in the Johannesburg suburb of Illovo. The new menus at Arbour will allow customers to pre-order and collect meals, which are mostly main courses freshly made on order, not pre-packaged or frozen. There will also be function menus, canapé menus and banquet-style menus, all tailor-made to suit individual tastes, religious affiliations and numbers. So your entire Spring dinner party or Sunday brunch can be prepared by one of Johannesburg’s top chefs.
