POTLAKO Gasennelwe describes herself as a businesswoman who is constantly building on her knowledge, sometimes in very diverse subjects.Her interests have included interior design, architecture, sales, African art history and property development.She is the founder of PG Interiors, an 18-year-old company which has worked on commercial and residential projects in a number of African countries.Gasennelwe’s keen eye for detail — coupled, sometimes, with a playfulness — has helped her develop a deep awareness of trends in her industry.Interior design, Gasennelwe says, is her first love. But a more recent passion is projects in the financial services sector. She is an investor in SmartSwitch Botswana in partnership with Net1 and the Post Office, which is its distribution platform.
