That has consequently strengthened the market values of the properties.How would you describe your suburb to someone who has never visited it?It is on the east strip of Durban North facing the Indian Ocean, sandwiched between La Lucia to the north and Virginia to the south, with the Ruth First Highway (M4) connecting it to the city and Umhlanga Rocks. It is a homely suburb.Are there any improvements you feel could be made?Newport Avenue gets a little busy during schooldays and it would be nice if a traffic solution could be introduced.
