It is such a friendly community and very safe.How has it changed in the time you have lived there?Many homes have been renovated, giving the area a more contemporary feel mixed in with the older, character homes. They complement each other. Lots of new restaurants have opened ...Where is the best spot for a meal?We have excellent restaurants in the area, including La Mouette, La Perla and NV-80.Anywhere that’s a must-visit?The Sea Point promenade.If you could take one element of the suburb with you, what would it be?You can enjoy views of both the mountain and the sea. So many of our guests have fallen in love with the area and bought property here.
